Robert T. Hare, a Troy native, is a 1978 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY and has been an owner of multiple restaurants and catering companies. He has kept the "culinary passion" in effect for 40 years and today is a part of the Franklin Hospitality Group in Troy NY working closely with Chef-owner Michael Cocca.
His concept of working with today's new trends lets him create foods, flavors and wine pairings with attention to all the details.
